By using Mess Monsters, you agree to use the app responsibly.
Parent-Led Use
Mess Monsters is designed to be used by parents or guardians.
Parents and guardians are responsible for choosing appropriate routines.
Child Safety
Mess Monsters is intended to support calm, playful family routines.
The app should be used in a safe environment and only with age-appropriate tasks.
Time for Myself
Time for Myself is only an in-app timer quest. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising the child and deciding whether the selected time is appropriate.
The feature does not lock the device, limit apps, control the operating system, or manage system usage settings.
Purchases and Parent Pass
Mess Monsters may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, including Parent Pass.
Monthly and yearly subscription options may be available. Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, refunds, and purchase management are handled through your Apple ID and App Store settings.
Camera Features
Photo Rescue quests and the optional Monster Visit / victory photo reward may use the device camera.
Photo Rescue and victory photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to reverse engineer it.
Intellectual Property
Mess Monsters, its design, characters, artwork, text, branding, and related content are owned by K7 App Studio or its licensors.
No Warranty
Mess Monsters is provided "as is" and "as available".
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K7 App Studio is not responsible for indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
